When you place an order, the details will be added to your account and updated as the order is processed.

Once registered, you will be able to login (using your email address and password) to your account at any time to view all the information that we have stored about you and update it if necessary. You can store additional addresses in your account for use as alternative shipping addresses and opt in or out of our product news.

Email Notifications and News Bulletin

When you register, you will receive an automated email containing your Customer login details and, when you purchase goods from us, you will receive an automated receipt by email. We will then only email you in person if we need to clarify details about your order or if we are responding to your questions or queries.

We send out occasional email news bulletins with information about additions to our catalogue. These are sent only to those customers who have opted in to this service. Credit and Debit Card Information

As we use a secure third party payment processor (PayPal) to process credit card and debit card orders, we do NOT have any access to your credit or debit card information. When you make a purchase on the Reid Books website, you are transferred to the secure servers of our payment processor. No credit card information is ever stored in our site database.
