Shipping
Shipping is done through Royal Mail. Costs are based on weight and value and are calculated at the time of checkout. A small handling charge (50p) is added to cover the costs of packaging and admin.
A list of all applicable shipping options will be displayed in your shopping basket, with details of service type, cost and estimated delivery time. You then choose your preferred shipping option from the list before proceeding to checkout and payment.
The following Royal Mail services are used. Availability will depend on the country to which the goods are to be shipped.

Returns
The following is extracted from our Terms and Conditions
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with goods you have ordered from us, you can return any item(s), requesting a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods, to let us know what item(s) you will be returning.

If you are returning an item because it was damaged in transit, please save the packaging and provide us with a full description of the damage, including, if possible, a photograph of the damaged packaging.

The item(s) being returned must be despatched back to us within 14 days of your receipt of the goods.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid, including the cost of delivering the goods to you.

If you are returning the an item because of an error on our part, or the goods were damaged in transit, we will also refund the cost of delivery charges incurred by you, provided these are agreed with us in advance of your dispatching the goods back to us; in all other circumstances, the costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
